Join the Alliance in San Blas Islands of Panama and experience the windy season for some great kiting and kayaking with expert kiteboard instructor Dave Burden from  SE Expeditions as your guide.   Get some pointers on improving your skill, or just get out there and surf!  This is not for the novice.  Must have some kiting experience.  (There are always kayaks and snorkelling if the wind is not blowing...)
